No Quit Coaching ("we", "us") is a personal training business operating in Sydney, NSW, Australia. You can contact us at [email protected].
When you complete a form or survey on our website we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give to our survey questions (such as your training goals and experience). We also collect standard technical information through advertising and analytics tools: pages visited, referring source, device type, and advertising click identifiers.
To contact you about the enquiry you made, to book and confirm your consultation, to send appointment reminders, to follow up if we don't reach you, and to measure which of our ads and pages are working.
By submitting your phone number you consent to receive SMS messages from us about your enquiry and booking. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
We use third-party services to run our business, and your information passes through them: HighLevel (our CRM, booking and messaging system), Meta and Google (advertising and conversion measurement), and Stripe (payment processing, if you become a client). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We retain enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and delete or de-identify them after that.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll action it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Our pages use cookies and tracking pixels from Meta and Google so we can measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work properly.
